FOR EMPLOYERS
At Unison, we have created a service that allows the employer to focus
on their core business with minimal resources spent on finding and hiring
temporary foreign workers in Canada. We take care of every detail involved from creating
job descriptions to advertising positions overseas and providing lodging
for your newly hired employees. This includes the following:
1Overseas Job advertisement
Unison has contacts in major consulates and media sources overseas. We will
post descriptions in overseas sources to attract candidates with your specific
job qualifications
2Prescreening Candidates
Our associates travel overseas to conduct pre-screening interviews with viable candidates.
3 Overseas "In Person" Interviews
Upon consulting with you and identifying potential candidates from the resumes
we have collected, Unison representatives will travel overseas and conduct
in person interviews with candidates.
4 Collection and Processing all Documentation
Unison will collect and administer all required information from both you, the employer and the overseas candidates as well. We will submit this to all relevant government departments and constantly monitor progress and processing times.
5 Processing all living and work related
items in Canada
Unison will ensure that your new employees have all required paper work
to legally live and work in Canada. This includes Social Insurance
Numbers, Health Care, etc.
6 Round trip travel arrangements
As part of Unison's Total Value Added Service, the candidate's flight and
travel arrangements are included in your total service.
