Unison Travels Overseas to Complete Your Total Hiring Process
Although Unison is a foreign recruiter based in Alberta, our representatives
travel overseas to the countries of candidate selection. Unison collects resumes from and prescreens every candidate that is placed in Canada
under the Temporary Foreign Workers Program. Following this, Unison interviews every potential candidate
selected by the employer who can watch recorded versions of these interviews or be linked in
through video conferencing. While overseas, Unison will also complete all
documentation required by the Temporary Foreign Workers' native countries
including medical examinations, record checks, etc.
Unison Arranges Travel for Candidates
Your total package includes all flight costs and travel arrangements
for candidates to Canada. Unison will coordinate and schedule all
overseas travel to Alberta with temporary foreign workers.
Unison Provides Lodging for Candidates
Whenever possible, Unison will further our value added service by providing our own lodging for candidates that is convenient for travel to the workplace. This further reduces the commitment and resources spent by the employer. This option is seamless and is used whenever possible depending on real estate availability in your city.
Unison Will Help You Find Lodging for Candidates
If you would like to choose the optimal place for your new employees to
live, Unison will work with local real estate agents to find lodging that
will allow for convenient transportation to the workplace for employees.
Unison Will Provide Daily Transportation for Your New Employees
Upon request, Unison will coordinate and provide transportation of your
workers to the workplace every day. This is discussed on a case by
case basis with your consultation with a Unison representative.
Industry Experience
Unison's founders include an Engineer and Geologist, graduates from the
University of Alberta. They have worked in consulting, project management,
construction and engineering sales roles with both public and private sector
clients throughout Alberta. Having spent their entire careers in Alberta,
they bring forth an intimate knowledge of the needs of their clients in
the services they provide.
We are Mobile
Unison is conveniently located in central Alberta in downtown Edmonton for
client meetings and conference calls. Alternatively, Unison representatives
will meet at a location and time convenient for our clients to create a
total solution for hiring temporary foreign workers.
